she is really excited to be 4 months old can't you tell.
i took syd to her 4 month appointment yesterday. i always love to see how much she has grown and then hate to see her get her shots. actually i can't even watch them put the needles in, i just see her face turn bright red and then the crying starts, for us both. it is just so heartbreaking she looks at me like mom why are you letting him hurt me, i will never get used to it. the only good thing about the shots is she loves to be held the rest of the day and i love having her fall asleep in my arms. but the doc said all is looking good. she weighs 14.9 pounds (70th%) and has grown two inches, so she is now 25.2 inches(80th%). long little girl. we sure love her.

I always make Tor go so I don't have to watch the shots. This time he had to leave before they got to it. It IS so hard to watch.
She is sure getting big!
van weighed 18 lbs. at 4 months so shes a shrimp compared to our family.
4 months! i can't believe it. think about it - in just about 4 months syd will have a new cousin. that kind of freaks me out actually when you think of it like that!! but of course, we are very, very excited.
